Tire Shop Disclaimer

1. Condition of Used Tires
Used tires are sold as is with no guarantees regarding remaining tread life, performance, or durability. Customers are responsible for inspecting the condition of all used tires before purchase.

2. No Warranty on Used Tires
Unless otherwise stated in writing, used tires carry no warranty, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or road-hazard coverage.

3. New Tire Warranty
Any warranties on new tires are provided directly by the manufacturer. Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s guidelines and may require proof of purchase, maintenance records, or tire inspection.

4. Installation and Wheel Services
We take care to perform installations safely and correctly. However, customers are responsible for returning within a reasonable time if they notice vibrations, leaks, or other issues after installation. Improper driving, road hazards, or vehicle defects can affect tire performance and are not covered by the shop.

5. Wheel and Rim Condition
If a customer chooses to mount tires on damaged, bent, or corroded wheels, the shop is not responsible for leaks, sealing issues, or mounting difficulties resulting from those conditions.

6. Tire Pressure and Maintenance
Customers are responsible for regularly checking tire pressure, alignment, balancing, and overall tire condition. Failure to maintain tires properly can result in uneven wear, damage, or safety issues.

7. No Liability for Road Hazards
The shop is not responsible for tire failure caused by potholes, debris, curb impact, or any other road hazard encountered after leaving the premises.

8. Customer Acknowledgment
By purchasing or installing new or used tires from this shop, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms of this disclaimer.

9. MD TIRE MARKET is not responsible for any damage whatsoever to your vehicle be it open doors, hood, trunk or any loose parts of your vehicle while your tire is being checked or replaced.
